Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Sapporo Grand Hotel was a mixed experience. While the location is fantastic—just a quick walk from the Sapporo Station and nearby attractions—the hotel itself felt quite dated. I appreciated the spaciousness of my room, but it showed signs of aging. However, the warm and helpful service made my stay more enjoyable, especially thanks to staff like Ms. Sara Shimbori and Mr. Shigesato Nakano who went above and beyond for me. 🏨✨
I had a pretty good experience at Sapporo Grand Hotel overall. The location was a huge plus, making it easy to explore Sapporo, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. However, my room was showing some age and could use an update. Also, I could hear my neighbors through the thin walls, which was a bit annoying at times.
I enjoyed my stay at the Sapporo Grand Hotel, mainly due to its fantastic location near Sapporo Station and Odori Park. The friendly staff made me feel welcome, but I found my room a bit dated and not as spacious as I had hoped. Despite that, the breakfast options were varied and enjoyable, though I didn’t get to experience all the dining options available on-site.
My stay at Sapporo Grand Hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The location was perfect for access to shopping and transport, but my room in the East Building felt cramped due to a low ceiling and a lack of basic amenities. I appreciated the hotel’s elegance and the helpful staff, making the overall experience enjoyable despite some drawbacks.
My stay at the Sapporo Grand Hotel was amazing, marked by excellent service and a fantastic location. The historic charm of the building added to the experience, though some may find parts of it a bit dated. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast options that catered to both Western and Japanese tastes. However, the room I was assigned was on the smaller side, which might not suit everyone’s preferences.
